Juniors Brett Ephraim, Jackson Brownell, Pierce Clark and Taj Clark led San Clemente High from California to victory in the inaugural boys 4x800-meter relay final in 7:38.59 at the CIF State Championships at Buchanan High's Veterans Memorial Stadium in Clovis. San Clemente held off Menlo School (7:39.10) and host Buchanan (7:39.74) to capture the title.
