The Scripps Ranch team of Jaymie Ruskovich, Aubree Bell, Brianna Sproles and Aaliyah McCormick won the girls 4x100 relay as they clocked 46.51 at the state meet at Buchanan High's Veterans Memorial Stadium in Clovis, Calif.
